1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using STRROI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

STRROI is a short-term rental investment analysis platform that provides property data, financial modeling, and market analytics to help users evaluate real estate investments. Data is sourced from third-party providers and is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on STRROI constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All analysis, cap rates, cash flow projections, and buy ratings are estimates based on third-party data and mathematical models. They do not guarantee future performance. Always consult qualified professionals before making any investment decision.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal in your account settings. Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

6. Usage Limits

Each plan includes specified usage limits for live data refreshes, saved properties, and watchlists. Exceeding these limits will require an upgrade. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that misuse the Service or attempt to circumvent limits.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of the STRROI platform is owned by STRROI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, scrape, or redistribute data from the Service without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that data will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted. Property data may lag behind live market conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRROI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including investment losses based on information provided by the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or cancelling your subscription.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
