We also collect usage data (searches run, properties saved) to enforce plan limits and improve the product.

• To send watchlist alert emails you have opted into

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

STRROI uses HTTP-only cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with third-party providers to operate the platform, including services for authentication, database hosting, payment processing, transactional email, real estate data, and property imagery. Each third-party provider operates under its own privacy policy and data practices. We only share the minimum data necessary for each provider to perform its function.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@strroi.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), HTTP-only session cookies, and access-controlled infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
