1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address. If you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe processes your payment information — STRROI never stores card numbers or banking details. We also collect usage data (searches run, properties saved) to enforce plan limits and improve the product.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your account and keep your data secure
- To provide and improve the STRROI service
- To send watchlist alert emails you have opted into
- To process subscription payments via Stripe
- To respond to support requests
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
STRROI uses HTTP-only cookies to maintain your authenticated session (via Supabase Auth). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party providers:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Rentcast — real estate listing data
Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their data practices.
5. Data Retention
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@strroi.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), HTTP-only session cookies, and access-controlled infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of STRROI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
