When you create an account, we collect your email address. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor handles your payment information - STRROI never stores card numbers or banking details. We also collect usage data (searches run, properties saved, when you last visited while signed in) to enforce plan limits and improve the product.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

STRROI uses HTTP-only cookies to maintain your authenticated session.

We also use two first-party cookies to understand how people find and use the site: a random visitor ID, and a note of where your first visit came from (for example, a search engine or another website). Alongside it we record the pages viewed, key actions in the product (such as opening a property analysis, watching a market, or seeing an upgrade offer), and a general device type (for example, "iPhone, Safari"), never the full browser details. We use this to count visits and sign-ups and to improve the product. This information is stored in our own database. It is not shared with, sold to, or collected by any analytics or advertising company, and we do not use third-party advertising pixels.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with third-party providers to operate the platform, including services for authentication, database hosting, payment processing, transactional email, real estate data, and property imagery. Each third-party provider operates under its own privacy policy and data practices. We only share the minimum data necessary for each provider to perform its function.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@strroi.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), HTTP-only session cookies, and access-controlled infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of STRROI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
